Dr. David Paul is an internationally recognised specialist in the field of organisational change and leadership. David advises senior executives in government and industry. He is co-author of the best-selling book, “Life and Work”. David conducts workshops, mentors participants and advises on program content.

Dr. Kaye Remington is Managing Director. She is recognised internationally in the field of strategic and project leadership, particularly in relation to complex organisational contexts. She is co-author of the widely acclaimed book “Tools for Complex Projects”. Kaye co-ordinates the program, conducts workshops and designs special simulations.

John McInnes has been an airforce test pilot, ocean sailor, competition tennis player, architect and lecturer. He brings to the team a wealth of life and teaching experience which cuts across many industry and sporting sectors. John mentors the program team and advises on program content.
